- If voting by mail, return your ballot by October 27th. All mail ballots must be received by November 5th at 7 p.m.

- Ballots must be returned by November 5th at 7 p.m.
đź’ˇ Things to know
- Voter Service and Polling Centers (VSPC) are one-stop shops for voting-related things. Find your closest VSPC here. At a VSPC, you can:
- Register to vote, even on Election Day!
- Vote in person (with a valid ID)
- Replace your ballot
- Request a ballot
- Drop off your ballot at a drop-box or with a poll worker
- Request ballot interpretation
- If voting in person on Election Day, stay in line until you have voted – even if it’s past 7 p.m. You can vote if you are in line before 7 p.m.
FAQ’s
- Why are there so many elections in 2024? 🤔
- Voters get to determine who they prefer in November and who they want to see on the November ballot long before it is created.
- In 2016, CO voters approved Proposition 107, which shifted us from a Presidential Caucus to a Presidential Primary and moved the date to match up with “Super Tuesday” rather than including the Presidential vote with the State Primary ballot sent in June.
- “Super Tuesday ” is when 12+ states (now including CO) hold their Presidential Primaries. The results are considered a guide for the candidates competing for a Presidential nomination.
BALLOT PICK UP SERVICE đźš™ đź’¨
COLOR is committed to ensuring Coloradans get out and vote! That’s why we offer a FREE Ballot Pick Up/Drop Off service, personally handled by Jennifer, our Senior Civic Engagement Organizer. Jennifer will confirm your ballot pick up and drop it off at a local ballot box. All you have to do is fill out your ballot, enclose it in its envelope, and sign it—we take care of the rest! Simply fill out this form to request this service, and we’ll contact you.Â
Our volunteer phone bankers are also calling voters across Denver to offer this service and election information; you may get a call from one of them!Â
To ensure the security of your vote, we strongly recommend signing up for ballot tracking through BallotTrax. With BallotTrax, you’ll receive updates when your ballot is dispatched to you, when it’s received, and once it’s been counted. They’ll also notify you if further steps are required to count your vote, such as verifying your signature. Find out more on the Secretary of State’s website.Â
