LIPS Program Coordinator (Contract)
LIPS (Latinas Increasing Political Strength) is COLOR’s signature youth leadership development program for young people ages 16-21 from across the state of Colorado, and engages participants in a vibrant community of activists. LIPS is a voluntary program that mentors the next generation of leaders to promote the advancement of our communities and advocate for reproductive justice issues.
The LIPS Program Coordinator is a temporary contract position from January 27 to May 9, 2025. The contractor will oversee, implement, and facilitate the Latinas Increasing Political Strength (LIPS) program and manage the 2025 LIPS cohort. The position is based in Denver, CO. This position is responsible for implementing COLOR’s signature leadership program, which focuses on youth advocacy and is centered on the reproductive justice framework.
